Angry Using Green Symbol (Veg -symbol) for Non Veg items

Yesterday i went to Coriander Leafs in gurgaon. This restaurant is highly rated for its ambiance and good service.
Being a strict Vegetarian, I ordered one shorba (Qoverma Shorba) with GREEN symbol which signifies that This particular item is Veg.

First they took around 40 minutes and two reminders to make reach the Shorbas ob the table and then being served in front of me, waiter told me that this is CHICKEN shorba.

I called the manager immediately and told about the incident. and to my agony, he replied that this is PRINTING MISTAKE ( Such a Fool). Moreover, he didn't show any regret or any signs of remorse. They are serving non vegetarian food with veg symbol on it.

Please see below image of their menu. You can clearly see the veg symbol in front of Qoverma shorba and Mastava Shorba which is against law.
Though in Mastava shorba description lamb is mentioned but in Qoverma shorba you will not find any chicken/non veg mentioned
I want to take it to consumer court. Can you please help me in this ?

I found it in this post Greendotter - Dots

As per the Directive circulated by FIHRA -"The Director General of Health Services, Govt. of India has notified, vide P15019/14/2004 PH (Food) dated 29.06.2006, regarding compulsory display of GREEN and RED Dots to differentiate between Vegetarians & Non-Vegetarian Food respectively. Members are advised to ensure that 'red' & 'green' dots are used on all displays of buffets(breakfast, lunch & dinner) on menu cards, wall mounted menu displays & on the packaging of take-away containers to clearly indicate the non-vegetarian (red-dot) & vegetarian(green dot) food items. Special care may be taken in the case of desserts & soups which may have egg/non-vegetarian ingredients, to ensure that 'red' & 'green' dots correctly reflects the nature of item being served or sold.
So Can anything be done against this ?
