Hi,

I ordered a Pizza on 30th Aug 2009 from BTM first stage and it was deivered 1hr late.
When I told 30 mins nahi toh free then the duty manager is saying you will have to pay 300 rs ...terms and conditions applied!...
Now terms that you will find in all the discount coupons: orders of 4 or more pizzas qualify as bulk orders,and if not deliverd in 30 mins ..it will chargable at rs 300.
I ordered 1 cheesy dip
1 garlic bread
1 veg calzone
1 medium size cheese burst pizzza
1 small size non veg ...And the duty managers says madam read terms and conditions ..and you will have to pay 300rs otherwise return the order! I dont think this is the way they should be doing with customers!And I think the duty manager should be taught a good lesson.
So I want some strict actions against thier deplay of adds every where ..."30mins nahi toh freee"
