i am a resident of south delhi...facing the problem with amul taaza tetre pack milk
1) it gets burned while we boil in any vessel on low flames , making the burn smell untollerable.
2) the milk is thick in lower layers as if some undesolved particals remain.
3)the milk gets curdled if left unattended while boiling.
last two days custumer care executive ms rajni is making my calls wasted.
please help

Hi,

I am residing at Andheri (E), tarun Bharat Colony Mumbai.

Here most of the Retailers charged excess money than the MRP price of AMUL Milk. specially a dairy name MAHALAKSMI Dairy in Tarun Bharat Colony

When i asked him about the extra charge then he replied "lena hai toh lo.. varna aage jao..i". Please take some action about this. MRP is Rs. 27/- liter but supplier charged Rs 29/- per liter

I want justice, does any one here to take some action against this. This is abolition of MRP Act. in open market.
Please please take action against him.....

I am residing in Thakur Village . Here Shopkeepers charging Rs 2/- more than the price printed on the pack .Moreover packets are tampered & sometimes date printed on the packet is also not clearly printed .It is becoming difficult day by day to servive in this corrupt world. Is there any body in this world who can stop this corruption?

Milk time, a dealer of Amul Milk at Paota C road, jodhpur is charging Rs.2/- per litre Extra on Amul milk. If some one asked him WHY
He is answering that he is authorised by the company to do so.
Will anyone from the company respond to this.

I want to register a complaint against a retail vendor M/S Shiv Dairy at "Shantivan Colony Super MArket", Mundra-370421, Kutch, Gujarat...as they are selling all the milk products for prices more than MRP, about 3 to 5 ruppes extra.
Requesting you to pls take some necessary action.

I have purchased Amul Taza toned milk from Gupta store at Sector-4 Market, R K Puram, New Delhi on 5th December. Milk was almost like white water and doesn't taste like mild(one sealed pack is still with me.) other people also get the same das milk.

I tried to contact customary care numbers printed on the pack 011-28524337 phone was ringing or but no body picked I tried another no. 0120-2862415 Complaint no-2 dint get any satisfactory response when I insisted they given me Mr. Manish mobile number 7428229311 but he dint pick the phone all day. I sent him the SMS but he dint reply.

1.I want refund for my 3 liter milk.
2. Want to know what was put into the milk
3. what action you will take?

Should I go to police and complaint for spurious milk? Its sad great Amul brand is now spoiled by employing/ contractors who are supplying bad product.
Its sad that such big brand have no national customer care or grievance email address.

Amul Gold milk sold for more than MRP by many retailers.

I am leaving in Hadapsar, Pune. Here many small retailers sales Amul Gold milk (Also other company milk) for more than MRP. Amul gold MRP is Rs 19 while retailers charges Rs 20. Kindly take action on this issue.

I also suggest to other consumers to ban such retailers, tell them we will not shop from them. Few good retailers sales product at MRP. Always shop from such a good retailers and teach lesson to others.
