I bought a Lehar Namkeen (Pepsico India Holdings Pvt. Ltd) product for Rs.
22 on 2/7/09.
After opening the pack I found a piece of crimpled rubber coated copper wire
which i was about to swallow whole if I had not tasted something rubbery in
my mouth.
I would like to lodge a complaint against this company as had I swallowed
it might would have ruptured my food pipe.
This is something important that should had been brought to your notice to
safeguard the nationwide consumers.
I tried reaching the customer care number mentioned on the back of the
packet ie 1800-224-020 but it wa sunreachable.
I have the product sample with me. Please guide the proceedure to be
followed for the same.

Lays Classic salted Net Wt Complaint.. Hii This Is Sakthivel From Chennai Today 7/4/2010 I Have purchased 5rs pack of classic salted, where the net weight indicated is 14g but its sure the net content of it will not cross even 4g, I have the pack in my hand yet
(batch no: n287b) also for ur info i have got all the packs in that particular batch from the same outlet and if this complaint is not responded at the earliest Ill Take this a serious issue and ready to take this to the consumer court of india...

A big yellow Rubber band found inside the packet Dear Sir/Mam,
I bought a Haldiram`s Navrattan Rs65/- on 23/05/10
After opening the pack I found a big rubber band of yellow in color
which my husband was about to chew n swallow if he had not tasted something rubbery in
his mouth.
I would like to bring the same in notice as these brands are trusted and highly preffered brands among people. We tend to buy the same from these brands due to good quality n taste and hence we don`t mind to pay more from other local products. But such incidents are shocking and hard to digest.
This is something important that should had been brought to your notice to
safeguard the nationwide consumers.
