I am sahil, yesterday (I.E on 2-5-11) I went big bazaar rajori garden westgate mall to shop for some items for my home and after shopping when I went for billing, the guy charged me rs.1030 and handed over my things in a paper bag. When I told him that bag is not good for the things which are inside it, he straight away told me that nothing will going to happen to your items. But as soon as I stepped out of big bazaar that paper bag got teared off and one of my item made of glass fell on the floor and broke. The guys from the nearby shops come to me and offer help, but none of the person came out of big bazaar to help me.
But its not over yet, when I complaint about the cheap quality of the bag they provided me at the customer care center(guys sitting there are jitender singh and avinash), they said its our mistake because we didn't spend more to buy a cloth bag. But when we are at the billing counter nobody tell us about the bag and why do we buy a cloth bag, this is their responsibility to provide us the good carrying medium, and when I told them to compensate my loss, they simply said no even they are not bothered when I told them this is cheating you are troubling common man and moreover when I told them I will suggest people not to come big bazaar, they said its your problem.
Big bazaar is not good place to be. They are big time cheater.

hello, I AM PREETI AND TODAY I WENT TO BIG BAZAAR RAJOURI GARDEN. THERE THE PEOPLE TOLD ME THAT U CAN BUY POTATOES FROM THIS TROLLY AND U WILL GET 50% DISCOUNT. I DID THE SAME AND WHEN I CAME BACK I CHECKED MY BILL AND CAME TO KNOW THEY CHARGED FULL 18 RS PER KG.
