BIG Bazaar-Barcode cheating: More then MRP

    Default BIG Bazaar-Barcode cheating: More then MRP

    Visited BigBazaar for buying groceries as usual for month

    I knew there would be disperancies in a product ,

    NESTLE MILKMAID
    MRP: RS 70
    DISCOUNT: RS 6 ON MRP

    I was Charged
    RS 73

    It caught to my attention , registered a complaint,

    Manager told me there is problem with updation of the price of items on floor, we are having so much items, it is difficult to keep note. We will make changes

    i got it packed all 4 bags , put it in my car, then i noticed the bill again

    I was charged
    Rs 70 still

    i went again ,asked manager to read , it is clearly printed RS 6 off on MRP on official NESTLE MILKMAID CARTON , not the store is providing me any discount

    Not to mention inconvinience caused to be returning 2 times , and time spent at barcode machine causing inconvininence to others.

    the store manager offered me a GIFT ,

    I have a question if they are charging RS 73 for Rs 64 item , They are charging Rs 9 on each product,

    i asked the manager to get the items of the label till u upate your price tag.

    1912000 Population of indore, so many outlets of big bazaar , people shop there so often.

    even if 10 percent people shop there, they are making million of it.

    and he tries to bribe me with a GIFT for noticing , that you are charging me Rs 9 more on mrp .

    and refusal to keep the items off selling.

    We all say chalta hain , and not to waste time on such issues go on with our life, but 1 person Mr Anna Hazare gave up things and sat on fast. Stop Corruption
    I will stand on this matter, after my exams

    I would like your support , how could i proceed
    I HAVE also registered a complaint with big bazaar indore.
