This is to inform that I had bought a packet of SOAN PAPDI, Pineapple flavor from a nearby store. To my surprise I found I piece of plastic on the first piece. However I ignored it considering the possibility that it would have fallen from the plastic cap of the box. But I found another piece of plastic on the second piece of soan papdi. I have kept the whole box of sweet untouched and I have kept both the piece of plastic safe too.
I had called the helpline number +91-22-28845925 to complain. I was told that I would receive a call from the concerned department and my landline number(022 25411649) was noted by them. But I did not receive any call.
I was highly disappointed by the quality of the sweets that Garden has been selling. I have bought Chiwdas and Farsans of Garden and have never faced such a problem in the quality.
I think Garden needs to be more careful on the quality of sweets that they make and should avoid such errors in manufacturing in the future.
