All retail liquor stores in Jalgaon charge 10 - 20 % over and above MRP printed on the product. They have even got a printed price list with higher prices. They refuse to give a bill. They have formed a cartel and work hand in glove with the whole sellers. A conservative estimate of sale of liquor in Jalgaon is Rs 200 Crore per annum. Customers are being duped to the extent of Rs. 20 Crore per annum. An simple visit to any liqour store will suffice to give ample proof. This racket has been going on for the last few years.
