Dear Sir,

I am one of the regular customers of Dominos. Me and my colleagues
frequently place large orders for lunch. However, the last experience
with the Green Park Dominos joint has been extremely nasty.

I placed an order of 3 medium pizza, 2 cokes and 2 garlic
breadsticks on 31st march 2009. This order was delivered over 45 minutes
late. Technically, this order (according to what is written on your
pamphlet) should have been given to me for free of charge.

However, the manager of the Green Park joint haggled with us
over the matter refusing to give the order for free. Finally, he
promised to give me Rs. 300 discount on my next purchase.

I placed my next order on 17th April 2009 amounting to Rs.
477 inclusive of taxes. As soon as i requested the attendee for my
Rs.300 discount as promised, it turned into a nasty battle.

I first had to haggle with the attendee. Thereafter, my call
was transferred to mr. Vijay Kumar -Diamond Team Member, who again
refused the discount and argued with me offering me compensations of
much lesser value, insisting that I should have taken down the name of
the Manger and the delivery Boys name ( a pre-requisite not mentioned in
your pamphlet !!!!)

Then the call was transferred to Mr. Suresh- the current
manger, who again argued with me for 15 min. In fact, he spoke very
rudely. He finally gave me my Rs.300 discount saying that he is doing me
a favor as I am a repeat customer.

I almost lost my appetite after wasting my precious 25 min.
at work. If Dominos and its people cannot deliver what they promise and
print, then they have no business making those promises.

I was harassed as a customer. I will now my sure
neither me nor my friends, colleagues and family place anymore order
with Dominos. I would also circulate this mail to all my friends in the
media.
