I had did an advance booking with rangoli retreat matheran at the rate of 6500/couple from thier mumbai office with mr hakim 23475556 but found that the rates were much below 5200/ couple.
I requested them for refund they refused and replied rudely and said you will not give your refund do what you can.

So i request you please take a strict action against the hotel management as i am very dissappointed with thier behavoir.
