This is to inform you that I & my wife had deposited an amount of Rs.1.00 lacs with Central Bank Of India, Crawford Market branch vide their receipt no. L035104 dated 8.7.2009 for a period of one year. When we had gone to renew the same the bank official accepted the same but did not return the same for reason best known to them. It was then when we wrote a letter to them that they did renew the same but put a remark on the new receipt as "hold A R Street" which when we pointed out to them the branch manager was very arrogant and didn't even bother to reply to our above query. We have till then sent letters by registered a/d which they have accepted but not responded till date which speaks volumes of their services.

This is our hard earned money and although we have even complained on their website they are absolutely hard skinned people.
