I have a FD With Roofit & Sunearth Ind. and matured in 2002. But still we are not getting repayment evenafter lodging complaint with ROC, CLB,etc.

Pls do the needful for getting my hardearned money

I 've deposited Rs 15000/ each in my son's & wife's name in Nov.2000 @14% interest . on surrendering fd's the comp. failed to repay deposit& interst inspite reminding them & making police complaint&CLB.so far. u'r requested to help me.

i am having three f.d.(2 with Roofit and one with Sunearth) total amount of Rs. 1.0 lakh.
Till date i have not recieved any payment or communication from court/company/govt.
i have file the complaint also in E.O.W.Mumbai in way back 2003.

To get any solution for your complaint kindly send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. and copy to the registrar of that Co. Send it through registered post and keep a copy of that letter also. Hope you will get any positive response from there.

I am a small investor and have invested in Sun Earth Ceramics on 24/8/2001 (maturity date : 23/8/2002). We are yet to receive the maturity proceeds. Please inform the status as we have already submitted complaint with the Economic Offences Wing, CB, CID, Mumbai on 11/11/2003.

We have no information about the whereabouts of the company's existence and the repayment of our hard-earned money. This is a very serious fraud committed to dupe the investors which should be dealt with very strongly by the concerned crime investigating authorities.
