Dear Sir

I have applied for credit card against my FD account on 26 july 2010, but no credit card was issued for reference pls check the below mail. Now i wan't to break my FD but the banks says that "hold value is not zero due to applied credit card".

I have written email (feedback.gesbi@ge.com; services.sbicard@ge.com; services.sbicard@ge.com) to GESBI regarding this matter on 10 Feb 2011. Today is 15 mar 2011 till date there is no positive responce to solve my problem. My details are as below

SBI, hari nagar, new delhi- Branch
