I had one RD with Axis Bank Ltd,j.p.nagar branch at Bangalore,RD a/c no 910050002670167 which was matured on 5.2.2011 and the matured amt was Rs 24857/-but they have credited only Rs24647/-on 5.2.2011 to my saving account no 333010100131216 .I have visited my branch on 5th,11th and 17th of feb2011 and I am not at all satisfied with their reply as they are saying some error has taken place.Inspite of my three visit they are yet to credit the amount.If any error happened they should have rectified the same after my reminders and they did'nt even inform the same to me.I only came to know when I visited my branch. I also complained to their respective department but till date the amount has not been credited.How they are doing this with my money.
