SBI system calculates Fixed deposits interest sometimes wrongly.When Fixed deposits are renewed the system omits interest portion.Staff are not well trained in handling fixed deposit accounts on the computer.Further deposit receipts are not handded over the same day although the customer service norms prescribed by Talwar committee etc have been thrown into winds.They take hours to issue or renew fixed deposits.Many lady clerks are inept and blame the system.I want to know why such inefficiency and mess in SBI?
