GE Capital was offering the SBI credit card against SBI Fixed deposit. I had taken the same. my FD got metured on 11/11/2010 then I requested for closer of credit card and withdrawing the FD ammount by calling customer care the informed me that I have to wait for 20 day's so that they will be sending the latter by using that I can withdraw that ammount in any of the branch. after 25 day's I called to customer care for not receiving the latter then they infomerd me that I have to send a scanned copy of signed latter after that it will be processed after doing the same I got a replay mail that it will be processed in 30 day's. Afeter 30 Day's also i not received then after i was not getting any replay from GE, when calling again to customer care they has put a fresh request so it will take again 20 day's but now they are not ready to replay by mail. But still I am not sure that still they will refund my ammount but as per customer care exicutive the credit card has closed on 4/01/2011.
Please find the attached mail communication details (Account details are in that mail) and do the needfull.
