i had ask the sbi doranda branch ranchi for renewal of f.d not given the reciept on same day after 15 days also they made wrong details on fd reciept again delayed for 15 days 3 times i visited branch for fd reciept every time he made excuse i m residing in patna i send a letter to trf my fd to bailey road letter no. 2077 dtd 31/3/2009 that also not done it is 6 month from the day i ask him to renew i had mental harassment also money is wasted in visiting the branch
