I have a Following Fixed Deposists with Roofit Industries.

Girirjabai Kamble 26,000 2001 19374

Rakesh Kamble 13,000 2001 15296

From This Date I didnt Receive Interest Cheque and principal amount.

May i know the What to do?

My parents & I had invested in 3 seperate & distinct Fixed Deposits with Roofit Industries for amounts as mentioned under:

Jehangir ModyFather, since Deceased) F.D No 5949 for Rs. 20,000 whose Maturity date is 18 April 2003

Dady Mody: F.D No 5950 for Rs. 20,000 whose Maturity date is 18 April 2003

Siloo Mody: (Mother, since Deceased) F.D No 5951 for Rs. 20,000 whose Maturity date is 18 April 2003

From records that are available to me, it appears that interest has been paid until 31 March 2002, after which time it appears that no interest has been paid. On Maturity of the F.D the Principal amount been received by us to date.

I would request you to advise me as to what course of action should be followed to recover the Interest for all these intevening years as also the Principal Amounts due to us for this amount that is still lying in the coffers of Roofit Industries.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have since my last communication to this site made an appeal to the Company Law board (hardship Committee) & I have received 50% of the amount that my parents had invested.

My application for relief through the Company Law Board (as a Senior Citizen) has not yet been responded to nor have I received any relief from Roofit on that score.

Is there anything that I can do to speed up the process?

Both my parents have invested about Rs65,000/- in the year 2002. Till date we have not received any money.
Though we have indicated that they are senior citizen in various communication when we enquired with Company Law Board about 6months back they said that they have not given any age proof. We have lodged our complaint with SEBI and Economic offences wing.
Please advise us in this matter.
