FD amount not return for FDR No. 0698033525/1
sir,
i had deposited Rs.1, 00, 000/- as a fixed depoit in lloyds finance ltd.in
21/10/1998 for 12 months.Rate of interest was 14 per cent per annum.The
date of maturity was 31/10/1999 but after maturity lloyds finance ltd had
not returned my full amount of fix deposit money.They have returned to me
only Rs.10, 000/-by DD having No.2284 dated 10/12/1999.
And again they have returned to me only Rs.10, 000/-by DD having No.820294
dated 06/02/2001.
Sir, my rest amont about Rs.80, 000/- still, lloyed finance ltd have not
returned to me.
I am a heart petaint and my wife is also having kidney problem.
I was a employee of TATASTEEL LTD and retired on 1995.
This amount was my sttelment amount which was fixed at lloyds finance ltd.
Sir, please, do the needfull as soon as possible.

My Father and Grand Mother had deposit Rs. 8000/- & 26948/- Dated-15/12/1995 and 07/12/1997 respectively in the name of Mukund Vasant Ghate and Nalinini Vasant Ghate and Vasant Gopal Ghate respectively for 12 Months in MULTIPLIER Scheme, Rate of Intrest 15.50%, Maturity Date-07/12/2000 and 08/12/2000 & the Receipt No. 28983/1 and 0297032222/1 and 02970322223/1.

I will be glad if some one can assist me in getting back my hard earn money.

Please help me to getting my money.

We had purchased a Fixed Deposit No 0298001664/1 Of Rs. 15000 in favour of PATHAN N L on 06/02/98 . The date of maturity was 06/02/99 , but after maturity you had not returned our Fixed Deposit amount .

3 years Back in 2007 i went to ICICI Bank for an FD of amount Rs. 20000. There was a bank representative who handles FD accounts. I told him to open an account for me. He said instead of paying 2000 rs per year , you pay ICICI 20000 for 3 years and at the end you will get 100000 rs. I being a normal person said ok il pay you 20000 for 3 years. He gave me a form to fill, I filled it and then he said FD documents will be sent via courier on your address. I received on my address ICICI prudential policy instead of FD and policy showed a payment of premium of Rs 20000. I went to him and told me its a kind of FD only. Dont worry. I left from the bank. 2nd year , i again paid 20000Rs . and on 3rd year also i paid 2000rs. At the end of 3rd year when i enquired about the amount, icici bank said i have to pay a premium again for the fourth year. as its a life time policy. If i surrender the policy, il get 92% of the Fund value which according to them is Rs 59000. Instead of returning my principal amount along with appreciation, they are returning me less than that. I din know it was a life time policy as i went there for FD nor ICICI representative told me that this policy will be for 7 years as i was told about 3 years only. ICICI bank representatives just to increase their personal selling policies they are making fool of customers. They are making misuse of Customers Hard earned money for thier incentives. Is thier any remedy available for me. They have given me misleading and false information from the beginning. Can anybody help me. The name of the person who sold me the policy is Nitin Dua according to Customer care Floor supervisor " Kuldeep" .

Govenment and controlling authorities are not taking any action.
it show that all are joined hand to loot the hard earned money.
why criminal action not taking to Recover the mony ,
from lloyed Group as the promoter are same.
What Consumer Court is Doeing ?
It is Very Shameful for Our Country........

I have invested fixed deposit in Lloyds Finance in my name and in the names of my family members.
It is yet to be repaid.
Now I have shifted my residence to an another state. I would like to submit change
of address to receive communication regarding my deposits / refund etc in future.
Whom to address please?

Three members of my family had deposited Rs.54,816/- from my retirement benefits in 1997 & 1998 in Fixed deposit scheme of Lloyd Finance and the maturity was in 1999/2000 but nothing is returned back. We are in deep trouble and require this urgently. The details are as below:

Subject: Complaint regarding default of repayment of deposits/payment of interest against M/S Lloyds Finance ltd.

(a.) Deposit receipt no. F/0697045206/1 issued on 07/05/1997 for Rs. 40,000.
(b.) Deposit receipt no. C/0697045342/1 issued on 07/05/1997 for Rs. 2,500.

It is depressing for me that I have not received the repayment of any deposit till now, and also I did not get any response from you about any complications in this regard, or any formalities which I have not performed that has held up my payment.

I am totally frustrated while writing several letters and reminders to the Lloyds Finance ltd. Bombay, Ahmedabad and Kolkata since 2001, to no avail.
