Recovery from fixed deposit SBI Advantage Card No. – 0004006676174301641
SBI, has recovered my some outstanding payment of Rs.250/-(card fee) and Rs.805/- (for some purchase) without sending any bill/purchase voucher/or letter/intimation.
Can a bank recover such outstanding payment without sending intimation?
Kindly help.
