but on maturity date no responce from there then they submit the cirtificate through courier blazeflash couriers no 1605563 on date 15/03/2002 and they accept it also but no payment till now

one computerised unsighned latter recieved which written on 31/july/2000 in this they inform that due to
lower recoveries leading to the deteriorating financial position and the liquidity mismatch the compny is not in a position to make payment of fixed diposite as per the repayment schedule of the company law board dated 16/april/1999
so they make a slab according to my slab of 30000 are

1-10% 2-20% 3-20% 4-20% 5-30%
but no payment till now

please help me to recieve my money

Have you the copy of terms and condition if have then kindly send us a soft copy, and ask them the copy of the current statement of your deposit.

Note: Current statement is must to file a complaint against them or if you have any statement which is not older then 3 years then its fine.

collect the paper as soon as possible.

I too invested in Fixed Deposit schemes of Lloyd Finance Ltd during 90's.On
maturity, I got 10% on some deposits.The final settlement was to be done by the
Company as per directives of Company Law Board,Mumbai.Years have passed by and
Company Law Board never intervened to help small investors like me who lost hard
earned money.
I am sure a large number of investors lost their money.Will this forum guide as
how to claim the money?
