I have ICICI home finance fixed deposit .
FDR No.002000009205
Issuing Branch :- Hyderabad Begumpet
Maturity date :- 18 July 2010

Unfortunately the Fixed deposit document was missed and i applied for the duplicate copy of FD document at ICICI Sector 50 Noida branch by submitting the indemnity form on Rs. 300 stamp to Mr. Zubair khan on 30 June 2010. But after consistent follow up still I have not received the FD copy and there is no proper answer from Mr. Zubair khan . I dropped the mail to Mr. Zubair on his ID zubair.khan@icicihfc.com also .He promised me in the mail itself that i will receive the document by 27 July 10 but still i have not received the document and he is not picking my call also .For the same I dropped the mail to customer.care@icicibank.com
care@icicibank.com but there is no response . So now I do not know how to get the FD copy and money from ICICI. ICICI always talks about customer service this is the example of customer service provided by ICICI . So please help me in this regard as I need money urgently to do some work .

As you have already contacted to the Customer Care, and Branch Manager and still not get any response even after 27 days, so we suggest you to file a Consumer Case in the Consumer Forum.
