I had deposited Rs70000/- only in Duncan Industries Limited on 23.08.2001 (FD No 201097) which was due to mature on 22.08.2002. But after its maturity the Co. didn't bother to refund the amount; rather it referred the matter to the Company Law Board (CLB). The CLB in its Order dated C.P. No 141(58A)/ERB/2002 of 18.06.2002 allowed the Co for rescheduling of repayment of public deposits as under:

Rs10500/- within June, 2003; s10500/- in 2003-2004; Rs21000/- in 2004-2005 and Rs28000/- in 2005-2006. Till date I've received only Rs35000/- on 15.12.2005.
I am an old man of 83yrs of age and thriving on with utmost difficulty on my meager retirement benefit. Can you please do something worthwhile for this old man in his last days?

I had deposited four(4)Fixed Deposit of Rs.15,000/- each with M/s Duncan Industries Ltd.,at Registered Office: Duncan House, 31, Netaji Subhas Road Kolkata-700001.My four of the FD has attained it maturity on 05/12/2002 & 13/12/2002. But I have not got any interest nor had I got back the principal
amount so far.As of now I haven't also got any information regarding the same from yours.
