Hi,

I have invested 1.67 lacs in golden forest in 1998 in form of Fixed deposit and RD but in 2000 the company closed down without any notices. If any one has the information regarding the refun please let me know @ 9873176824. The last update was that the Mumbai court will sell of the assest and give us the money. I have infact send all my document to their Punchkula Chandigarh office.

What about the land which was sold by nikhil syal himself against court orders. Does the judiciary has complete details of complete land of golden forests.
There were sure news that nikhil syal sold some of the land without letting the court know. Why isnt some action taken against this.
Is the government powerful enough to safeguard the land which basically belongs to the public of india. After this big a fraud done by Mr. R.K.Syal, his children
believe that they will still take a good chunk of the land and continue their luxuriously criminal lives as their father did.

We invested some amount in GFL in the year 1998. Till date no amount has been returned. All the Photocopies of documents were sent to the Committee.I invested the amount when my eldest son was a student of Class V. I expected to get the return when he will be admitted in higher studies. But out bad luck is that my son has completed his higher studies. No help from such investment became fruitful to me. It is frustrating. Supreme Court had set up a Committee. But how long the committee would take to decide and return our investment.
But we don't know what is our fate.
