2. I have submitted my following claims while I was in Army Service and posted at HQ 50 (I) Para Bde C/O 56 APO :

(a) LS/98/21110 dt 09.2.98 for Rs 10,000/- /for getting Rs 20,000/- after each
five yrs and Rs 30,000/- after 25 yrs.

(b) LS//98/14325 dt 27.1.98 for Rs 10,000/- with maturity value of
Rs 20,000/- on 03.7.2001.

(c) LS//98/86322 dt 22.7.98 for Rs 10,000/- with maturity value of
Rs 20,000/- on 07.1.2002.
3. It is seen that No information about payment or otherwise received so far. You are requested to intimate present position if any. Photocopies of above are enclosed.

In this connection , no. of times local GFIL office Dehradun were contacted on expiry of maturity date of the deposits but no results come out. In last a registered letter dt. 16-08-2007 no. BARGAD ORI 558
was sent from UTTAM NAGAR,NEW DELHI post office to the Director GFIL SCO-832-33-34 Golden complex Mani Mazra Chandigarh , but same was received undelivered mentioning firm closed.
I therefore request you kindly above deposits mentioned above may also be included in the investors list and maturity value made along with other investors.
A note of change of nominations be incorporated in records that hence forth nominee will be Smt. Nirmala Sharma against deposits ( I to iv) prior nominee mentioned be deleted.

We invested some amount in GFL in the year 1996. Till date no amount has been returned. All the Orginal documents were sent to the Committee. Now the Maturity period was over long before itself. we have already sent the following documets to the Committee:

1.Copy of Cheque Amounted Rs. 40000.00/-
2.Copy of Insurance with Bond Paper
3.And Orginal Acknowledgement of Golden Forest (India) Ltd.

Since Our Maturity period is over by long before, We want to know how to contact your commitee, and how to claim our Matured Amount, We have sent all this documents in 2004, but we have not got any feedback from you people. So Please let us know how to proceed forward.

Most Respected Sir, i B.Madhu Sudhana Rao an Ex-Serviceman was invested 1,000 in Golden Forests India Ltd (GFIL), Chandigarh in the year 1996. Company Application Regd. No. 177522 in the name of my son Balimidi Chetan Kumar for Golden Projects Ltd.,through marketing member Mr. A.K.Nawale enrolment No. 523668 dated 02-12-1996. to SCO : 835, Golden Complex, Manimajra, (U.T) Chandigarh. An amount of Rs. 101000/- was promised on maturity on 02-12-2017. I submitted my documents to the Office of Committee (appointed by Suprement Court of India), Village Jharmari, Tahsil : Derabas Distt. Patiala. At the time of investment, I was in Visakhapatnam of A.P. in the year 1996, I moved to KADAPA of Andhra Pradesh. I'm not aware of the judgment of the Supreme Court in this GFIL case. Please guide me in claiming the returns from this company. A kind gesture towards an ex-soldier may keep up the morale of this country.

Can anybody representing the Golden Forests India Limited or other can tell me what is going on. I invested my hard earned INR 35,000/- more than 10 years ago. Anybody can imagine what was a value of rupees 35,000/- more than 10 years ago. I invested all my bank balances that time on the basis of my agent assurance. What is the problem that Company is not paying money to the investors, though the company has enough money to pay. I came to know from their site that they are telling that 'total liability of Golden Forests India Limited is less than Rs.1500 crores while the assets of the company are worth more than Rs.10,000 crores'. Please let me know how and when will we get back out money with full interest, also mentioning the problem that why company has not paid yet. Also it is very much interesting that Government is not taking any steps to get back our hard earned money.

In addition to the above I also want to mention that I have already sent my original certificate long time ago as company told that they will pay the amount, so they are collecting those. But yet I not received any money or acknowledgment copy from them.
