i am deepa from nashik . I have a fixed deposit in bank of baroda from last 8 years which i was renewing after evry 1 year and my fd due date was on 1oth of june 2012 . When i went to the bank on 17th july 2012 and showed my original document they said somebody else of my name withdrew the amount by sumitting duplicate documents and when i said how can that be possible so they said that she gave indemnity letter and on that basis we gave her the cheque and told that my money is safe but they will take some 20 days time for this matter to solve. So what should be my next step now beacause i am short of money and i need to urgently
