I am a resident of Meerut and I have a complaint against State Bank of India, Meerut Branch. Meerut is a huge district involving large financial interactions but SBI acts in an unethical manner making it very difficult for people to handle their financial matters. They keep rejecting cheques on baseless grounds. Within a month's duration around 10 cheques in the name of my firm have been rejected. Recently, my cheque was not honoured although it was mentioned that it is a multicity cheque, the account had optimum balance, and it was clearly mentioned on the cheque that the limit of the cheque is 50 lakhs. But it was failed on the subtext that the cheque exceeds the branch limit of 10 lakhs. Due to the multiple failures of the cheques it becomes very difficult for businessmen like us to function in an effortless manner. It seems like we are being cheated and also that the bank is cheating RBI's policies and guidelines. I have taken home loan from Bank ING Vysya in 08/05/2008 of Rs. 1,584,813.00 with the interest rate of 9.25% which is now increased to 14.25%
I am paying EMI of 16,680.00 rs every month also done part payment of Rs. 149,236.12
then also after five years my Principle is not reduced at all. I feel cheated. Also after lot complaints and follow up also I have not got any response from the bank.
Also bank is asking for penalty (Foreclosure charges ) of near about 3% if I want to do the balance transfer to other bank due to very high interest rates

Same is the case with my top up loan taken in 08/09/2010 of Rs. 415,000.00 current EMI rs 4,148.00 and done part payment of RS 89,610
Here also my principle is not reduced.

I have applied for axis bank credit card before about 3 months , at the time of application for credit card Miss jigna (mobile no.9624295824) send the agent subahu dave (mobile no.9979778206) at my home to explain me about the credit card. He clearly told that the card is free for me for the first year and no charges of annual fee or joining fee will be applicable to me . Thus i have applied and after getting the card i started to use. My fist bill was came with the joining fee of Rs. 280, i contact to the agent subahu dave and they told dont worry i will waiver the charges in next bill but now they both are not picking up my phones .
Even at the time of application the agent have told me that you can use your card at any petrol pumps and no service charges on your petrol amount will be charged. But in my credit card bill the service charges are applicable. In short they both have cheated me to get a customer of credit card.
I am mentally disturbed because they cheat me. As I am a old customer of axis bank since last about 6 years to avoid the interest charges I have paid regularly each my credit card bills. i have made complains against both of them almost three times on customer care number but my charges are not waived off and no action from the bank is taken by the bank.

Also the address is also not correct. The address shown is Vill. DEEPA BANGI, TEHSIL: TALWANDI SABO, DIST. BATHINDA,PUNJAB PIN: 151001 and the person(Sarabjeet Singh) is working at Water Works Bathinda.
Actually I am Sarbjit Singh residing at VPO JHUMBA, DIST. BATHINDA,PUNJAB PIN :151001. and i m working as a Driver of fire brigade in MES, BATHINDA Cantt., Punjab
The CIBIL report ( Member ID: BN01160974, Control No: 601638733 on Date 20/03/2013) also showing that some loans are also running on my Voter ID card No: BDJ1872084 and Pan Card No. CATPS9384N but Name given is SARABJEET SINGH.
I want to Clearify you that i have not taken the following loans from any where.
