Since January 2013, I have been continuously billed over chargely.While talking to their customeragent,they say,these charges are right and correct,no complaint is been listened since 5 months,after being  regularly phone calls from my end.<br />
<br />
Their tools for customer care are their phone number. their website reliannetconnect.com and myservices.relianceada.com, i had visited and dropped compalint on all these sites, but their is no response,if there is, its not satisfactory.<br />
<br />
I had sent an elaborated mail on 3rd may 2013 &amp; 4th may.but there is no response till date, I am attaching a receipt of it. i am experiencing multiple problems, first wrong charges,2ndly,no data usage updation on any of these sites,also no support from their customer retention team( as they had approached me twice,since i presented closure request) a represetnative from delhi had called me, his name is <u><b>RAVI</b></u>from customer retention team, he gave his colleague number, and asked me to call,whenever required, since then I had called him 200 hundred times,but he is absconding,number is 8882837586, 01130599415.<br />

he irritated me upto the fullest, being a working professional, i cannot give my entire life to these absurd people who doesnt knows abcd of effective service.<br />
<br />
Also. since months my usage are not  being updated,which prevents me to plan my usage.even after complaining, there is no action taken.<br />
<br />
Currently my service is disconnected and no representativer had came in touch yet.Please act appropriately, this is first and last time i am taking pain to write so long,if you cant give me proper service, then i would not think a minute to throw your device out of my home and switch to other  provider.there are many like you to trouble people.<br />

<ul><li style=""><font color="#ff0000"><font size="3"><span style="font-family: arial black">Secondly, Till dec last year,my plan was unlimited one, but later i changed it with help of retention team, to 3gb day &amp; 10 gb night, and there the problem started to pinch me..Since January, I am receiving inflated bills of high usage.Which I have complained, but got a response that charges are correct.I observed,even when i connect my dongle for 5 mins, and use 5mb, and then reconnect I get any updated usage of 5 mb, immediately on reliance net connect website,which opens automatically when connection is established...keeping this in reference, as your prompt feature, its is not possible even to receive inflated bills month after month, since i plan my usage accordingly, for eg. in jan-feb cycle, my day usage reflecting on netconnect website was in between 2700-2800mb on last billing date , when my plan was 3gb,10gb, but when i received my bill, it mentioned, 3300 mb, i dnt know how the difference of around 600 mb occurred....and this occurred in feb-march cycle, where i have been charged 430 mb extra..whereas my usage was 2800mb on last billing date and march-april, 350 mb, where my usage shown was 2900mb...</span></font></font></li></ul><br />

Even after promising that they will install the broadband in 3 days time. They didn't do it and moreover didn't inform.<br />
<br />
When I asked for cancellation they put me on hold for 45 minutes just to take the cancellation.<br />
<br />
Please take the relevant action and ask them to serve the customers properly.<br />

Tata Docomo staff offer me unlimited data and unlimited usage plan (Monthly Rental RS. 1000, Speed – 7.20 Mbps) that’s why I purchased the SIM card and I choose unlimited data and usage plan. My SIM is activated on 4-April-2013. When I call Tata photon customer care to confirm my 3G Dongle plan, they told me that I have 6 GB usage data plan, after use of 6 GB speed will decrease to 128 kpbs.<br />

I registered a complaint to Tata docomo on 4-april-2013 at <a href="mailto:listen@tatadocomo.com">listen@tatadocomo.com</a> for wrong commitment made regarding speed with service request number 356446747.<br />
<br />
Today I received call from Tata docomo and they told me that there is no such plan for which they committed to me (unlimited data and unlimited usage plan). Because of 3G Dongle I already discounted my previous internet content of Tata photon. I also have copy of my plan given to me by Tata Docomo verification department boy. In copy they mentioned that monthly rental is Rs. 1000, Speed – 7.20 Mbps. They not mentioned anything about 6 GB data usage.<br />

This is regarding the Reliance NetConnect+ datacard (No. 9350014868)that I am using since past 2 years. From past 1 month the speed of the connection is so slow that it takes around 15-16 seconds to load Google HomePage. I have tried thrice to get in touch with Reliance on different email ids but so far there is no favorable or satisfactory response from the company. <br />
<br />
<br />
And the response that I am getting from the company is completely ignorant and irresponsible.<br />
<br />
<br />
Firstly, I called Customer Care,the executive told me that they have noted the complaint and the issue will be fixed in next 24 hours. Next day , I received an sms stating the issue is fixed by Reliance. However I was still getting the same speed.<br />
Secondly , I called again the executive who told me a different self-scripted looking story that some correction work is going on in the nearest Reliance Broadband center (Sec 63, Noida) from past few weeks and when was unable to give any timelines by when the issue could be fixed.<br />
Thirdly, I sent a mail copying &quot;Netconnect.Broadband@relianceada.com&quot; and &quot;customercare@relianceada.com&quot; and in response they now give some troubleshooting steps to carry out. I tried all those steps, nothing changed.<br />
<br />
<br />
All this story running from past month, has added so much frustation to me and I am now thinking to disconnect the connection  and go for some another subscriber than Reliance as I am paying a hefty amount each month to Reliance which the company apparently seeeming to hardly care about.<br />
<br />
<br />
It appears like Reliance just care a damn about the services and problems that the customer is facing after selling the product. After even so many follow-ups and repeated escalations , they are just sending automatic notifications that your issue is fixed, without providing actual resolution of the problem.<br />
<br />
<br />
At Last, I would sincerely request all the people to HARDLY prefer Reliance if they wish to have the broadband as they will surely feel pissed off when it comes to Service satisfaction.<br />

He sold me a plan worth Rs. 750, which according to him was unlimited where I would be required to make a fixed monthly rental payment and if my usage exceeded the FUL, the internet speed would come down to 64kbps and I will not be charged extra. Turns out he sold me a WRONG plan. <br />

About 20 days after I started using their services, my card got deactivated and I was sent across a HUGE bill. I immediately raised a complaint. Till now, despite numerous phone calls and mails, all of which I have evidence for, the complaint has not been resolved. After having been told on the phone that the entire amount would be waived off, I receive an email saying Rs. 500 will be waived off. Airtel is now sending collection agents to my residence to extort the money and I received harassing phone calls from their executives!<br />
<br />
I was even advised by a customer service executive on 121 to visit the Airtel gallery in Thakur Village, Kandivali (E) to resolve my complaint, which I did, immediately the next day. <span style="font-family: arial">I met with an executive Ishwar, who was least interested in sorting this issue. He kept yawning and checking his phone when I spoke to him. His demeanour definitely didn't suit a company like Airtel that's said to be the most preferred 'service' brand. He again asked me to call on 121 to report this issue and I said I already did and they had asked me to visit the gallery. He kept insisting that I call on 121 and then seeing that I wouldn't budge, he said he would call me by </span>7 pm<span style="font-family: arial"> which of course, he didn't.</span><br />
<br />
The Airtel rep sold me a WRONG plan saying that it was an unlimited plan since that was what I was looking for. And suddenly, I receive a bill far exceeding the fixed monthly rental I had been promised. My connection gets disconnected. Add to that, a complete lack of service and negligible support that Airtel staff have given me. I raised the complaint at the right time, I have written numerous emails, spoken to many of their executives and visited the Airtel gallery closest to my place. Airtel has given me the most pathetic service I have ever witnessed. However, they most diligently follow up for the pending bill, which was UNFAIRLY charged to me.<br />
<br />
I am REALLY disappointed and THOROUGHLY frustrated with Airtel in less than one month of buying the dongle and I would NEVER recommend it to any of my acquaintances! I wish to discontinue Airtel services.</span><br />

Now when i have dropped a mail to customer care i was told that the cheque was dispatched but due to unavailability of person its returned back and is in airtel office. Now thats impossible as i gave my office address for cheque dispatch and its open 24*7*365 days. Also its basic courtesy to update the customer if something like this happens. Instead of updating all the airtel customer executives including supervisors blindly told cheque dispatched tickets closed( Dont understand how can they close a ticket without making sure if the customer issue has actually been solved). <br />
Now i have been given again a new complain number : 32885546 and have been told their representative will contact me by 10 JUNE kindly mind &quot; THEY WILL CONTACT ME&quot;, means after 10th June i will be again told my cheque us dispatched which will take another 100 days to be delivered. This is sheer mental harassment. I Dont understand how can a company take 4 months to refund a cheque when they turn up within 4 hours to collect the cheque at your doorstep, and they still need more time.</span></font><br />

Now when i am travelling i am not even able to browse Gmail or google,when i called customer service desk <br />
they told in bihar we are colsing postpaid so you will not get speed there. I just ask TATA Photon family,if it is like that <br />
then why you tell people that you will get 3.1 Mbps speed all over india. Its not like i was using it at remote place,I was<br />
using it in patna.<br />
<br />
When i asked helpdesk to change my plan or discontinue my connection,they tell you will have to pay 1500rs for same.<br />
I have not signed on any paper or it was not told me earlier,then why i need to pay 1500rs.<br />

The harrowing experience with Airtel started regarding broadband discontinuation and harassment from Airtel for payment of dues of broadband connection.  My story starts with me requesting for broadband disconnection, landline number 08040943001.  I called Airtel Broadband call center line 12190 and placed a request for disconnection.  Customer representative who spoke to me wanted to know the reason and requested me to have the connection in suspension for which he said that Rs. 200 will be charged as rental.  I told him that I would not like to opt for that since I had a new operator from whom I was getting a better offer in terms of bandwidth and enhanced GB usage.  Subsequently, the customer representative offered to hold the line in suspension free of charge.  Unfortunately, trusting my long association with Airtel of 8 years and good experience, I believed the customer representative.  To add about my association, I have been a loyal customer of Airtel for 8 years, have 2 postpaid connections, and I have never given them reason to complain or defaulted on my payments and all payments were made within due date.  Then subsequently, I started getting calls from Airtel customer representatives requesting that I pay the balance amount of Rs. 1100.  I spoke to close to a dozen representatives and explained the whole situation to each and every one of them and they promised that situation will be resolved.  Then on 16/05/2013, I received a call from 9212797077 and the person identified himself as Mr. Rahul and stated that he was an advocate representing Airtel.  He said that he was calling from Diamond District Court in Bangalore and Airtel was going to file a case against me for nonpayment of dues.  I am pained at this callous and unprofessional behavior of Airtel and threat of prosecution.  Having been a loyal customer of Airtel and in spite of maintaining excellent relationship with Airtel all through the years, this behavior is totally uncalled for and totally humiliating.  I am waiting for things to unfold.  As an afterthought, I have to rethink about my association with Airtel.<br />

Beam sucks their customer service team doesnt even talk to you, i have tried getting  the issue resolved being nice ot them, being abusive, i have used the filthiest language wiht their top management , but nothing has worked, I am GETTING A 10 MINUTE BACK UP AS AGAINST A PROMISED 90-120 MINUTE  back up, I wonder can we even call 10 minutes a back up. I work for american call centers, I can proudly say that we traet our customers like god, geez we get shit back home, I am sad, I wasn't born in any other country.<br />

I had idea 3G for more than 4 months. I complaint many times about the speed problems i was facing in that.<br />
They promised me the speed of 7 Mbps but I was not receiving 250 kbps even, worst internet i have ever used. <br />
They didn't take any actions , than I request them for closing this service , they took approx 20 days for this and they told me pay some 250 Rs. by online to close the number after that I'll get close.<br />
<br />
I used my number according to my plan in which I was getting 5 GB free but after I paid 250 Rs. They again called me after the cancellation of number to pay Rs. 6000 as a bill , what i have used after cancelling the service. I request them this is too much<br />
<br />
All the GB I was getting free they charged me for that for a month. I refused to pay it as I was in my plan only and I already paid for that Rs. 750.<br />
<br />
after a month they again call me saying that now I need to pay the bill of Rs. 3683/- , frequently they called me for 2 months and I paid the bill.<br />
<br />
The issue it they charged me like anything out of my plan and just because of cancelling the service they charged me indirectly 750 + 250 + 3683 Rs.<br />
<br />
I m not having a proof of all the payments , but yes I m still having the receipt of Rs. 3683 I have paid them without any reasons because of the pressure,I started receiving calls messages from the Legal department saying I have an outstanding bill amount of Rs.3683 and should pay it immediately. Otherwise, they are going to file a case. Isn't this ridiculous? Idea have cheated badly and they told me they'll file case against me if i'll not pay the bill sounds disgusting! <br />
