I got a call from roozgaar.com by Gautam kapoor saying that my CV has been taken form some other website and has been shortlisted by roozgaar.com. He said my application would be forwarded to the banks that have vacancies and I can expect the interview call within 8 days. But all this will require registration with on their website and that will require Rs. 1500, which becomes 1685 after addition of other charges. And I was required to do the process right away. I agreed to it and paid the money using my debit card. The transaction details are:<br />

Even after paying Rs. 6122.5, they further asked me to and then again said that for verification of documents I will have to pay again Rs. 3199. <br />
I refused to pay this money and asked them to refund the amount that I paid. Initially, they did not mention that I will be required to pay around Rs. 9321.5 for getting my application forwarded and instead gave me incomplete information that only registration is required amounting to Rs. 1685.<br />
Their website (roozgaar.com) says that there is a definite money back refund and cancellation policy even for 100% money back if refund is claimed within 72 hours. I claimed for refund within 24 hours by sending the request on the mail id on their <a href="mailto:websiteinfo@roozgaar.com">websiteinfo@roozgaar.com</a> and sending a request on their website in the contact us section.<br />
The person with whom I conversed in the same regard kept telling me that there is no refund policy and whatsoever may be the case, no refund request is considered.<br />
I kept contacting the people in the same regard but they declined my request.<br />
<br />
My complaint is here, their website mentions refund policy but they are refusing to refund my Rs. 6122.5. My repetitive requests have been declined. They are also not paying attention to my claim. If I call them, they simply transfer my call from one person to the other and ultimately disconnect it.<br />
I therefore, request you to please look into the matter and help me get my money back. Many complaints have been made by other people deceived by the same company.<br />

I am irritated by marketing calls from ICICI and Standard Chartered though my DND service is active.<br />
I had called to customer care in the same regard. Following is attempt wise list what I got to suffer.<br />
<br />
1. Initially the call get transferred to customer care executive and  before I can listen him call got terminated<br />
2. Second time some Rameshwar attended call and gave irrelevant answer like you might have your number registered to SMS banking and your number might have fetched from there. What the hell this is, How Bank of Baroda where my salary account is there and the number is registered to ATM, one can fetch for marketing.<br />
3. Call terminated by Rameshwar without giving sufficient information.<br />

What action should I take to drag idea in court and give relief to so many suffering customers due to customer care?<!-- google_ad_section_end --></div>

This is in regards to my complaint on above mentioned booking ids. Let me brief some of the points and facts which u surely want to know:-<br />

I received the call from bagittoday stated that u have won a free gift against the sipper u have bought from us. They provide me the details of gift and then they say said that i have to pay 15999 which will get reimburse to u within 7-10 working days once u receive the gifts as we have to show invoice and transaction to indian govt. for which i was not agreed intially and then some how ur executive convienced me and i paid the amount thru my credit card against which one id generated and she (Payal) said that against this id u have won one more gift i will transfer the line and that person will tell u what gift u have won. That person also told me the same things after describing the gift that i have to pay 15499 and it will get refunded since i already paid 15999 so i have to pay this amount. Payal confirmed me so many times that madam u be assure your money will get refunded, she also told me not to discuss the refund part in verification calls as they person don't know about the money part and the call will get cancel and new call genration will take time. I did the way she mentioned after a week i again received a verification call in which that lady told me that this is not refundable. I immidiately called up ur customer care and logged the complaint. <br />
<br />
Besides this i also lodged complaint to online forum of consumer court. Againt which one lady Kshifa Khan called me from Bagittoday for my complaint. Side by side i was receiving the calls from sales department also. They told me that these diamonds are saleble and i can get the value for which i have paid. so i confirmed for my order. But when i recieve the order and tried to sell out those diamonds in the market i was shocked as many of the dealer refused to buy and whosoever agreed they valued it to 1500 to 2000/-. It was undigestable to me that diamods for which i have paid 15999 are only worth of 1500. I again logged the complaint against which till yet no resolution is given to me. If u see trailing mail i clearly mentioned the details no revert on that till date.<br />
<br />
Secondly for my second order Kashifa called me and stated that these diamonds are not saleble and u will never get the value u have paid for, which was again a surprise for me. Then she suggested me for refund process for my second order which was not dispatched till date and refused to do anything on my first order. Top of that she clearly told me that we can't do anything for u as those products are dispatched and diamonds are not for sale. I gave confirmation to her for my refund against which i receive the mail also. After few days one more surprise comes to me when i receive the mail from Kashifa stated that they refund to my store credit whereas she was supposed to refund my money in my acount. I reverted to her immidiately till yet she has not even called me not reverted me. Neither she on call nor refund mail (mail attached) was stating anything about store credit. One person Mr. Ravinder reverted me that we can only refund u store credit beyond this we can't do anything for u. Also he was stating some terms &amp; condition page whereas i have mentioned him that if it was so why not kashifa told me earlier.<br />
<br />
Its a humble request to u, kindly look into the matter. Product i received are still untouched and packed. Kindly process the refund of money into my account for both the orders. U can get in touch with me @9818777118. My alternate no. is 9871007118.<br />

In regards to my both orders i have given the confirmation of both the orders, where as only one order has been despatched i.e. 1018466533. Today i received the mail and call both from retention regarding my second order i.e. 1018466636 for the confirmation again, and come to know that these diamonds are not for sale and i'll never ever get the value i have paid. For which i have refused the same and make them to start the process of refund for which they have agreed.<br />
<br />
But for my order id 1018466533 they refused to do any thing. I tried to sell out the diamonds in the market but many of the jewellers refused to buy it and who agreed to buy they valued it as 1500/- to 2000/- where as it has been told to me that these diamonds are worth for 30000, for which i have paid 15999/-. Since these diamonds are worth for nothing i don't require this order kindly process my refund. I have not open any packing of the material.<br />

My 2 years 10 month old son playing with my phone and pressed a button and certainly I received 3-4 messages of Cricket alert activation information. I even send a message also to stop the cricket alert messages. But after one month they again forcefully reactivated the service. I tried several times to contact customer care but everytime I failed to contact them. The estimated hold time to contact customer care executive was 45 minutes to 1 hour 54 minutes. I even waste more than 1 hour 54 minutes yet could not contact them. I want immediate action as well moneytory compensation for harassing me and wasting my valuable times and causing anxiety without reason.<br />

<font color="#737373">Kindly note, I had contracted 'M/s. Maruti Home Relocations Packer &amp; Movers' (</font><font color="#424242">No.39, Opp Double Rd Big Bazzar, Annipura Mn Rd, Sudhama Nagar, Bangalore - 560027) </font><font color="#737373">to transport my household stuff from Bangalore to Kolkata as I was relocating to Kolkata.<br />

<font color="#737373">Mr. Sharma from the company came to inspect my stuff on 8th April 2013 and upon inspecting the stuff he gave me a quotation (Ref No: 7541). I made a partial advance payment then. At that point he said nothing to me about the fact that they demand all the payment in advance. He promised to me that the stuff would reach the destinations in 8-10 days.<br />

<font color="#737373">They came on the scheduled day, 26th April to pack and take my stuff, and only after they had packed everything and loaded everything onto their truck that they demanded that I make the entire payment in advance, else, they threatened me, that they will not ship my stuff. Helpless I made the entire payment to them in advance. I have attached the online payment advise with this.<br />

<font color="#737373">Today, it is 9th May, 14 days since I had shipped my stuff, and I still haven't received my things.<br />
</font><br />
<font color="#737373">I have been trying to reach them on phone ever since. First, their land-line number that is printed on the brochure that they gave me (080-42114343). It is unreachable. Then, I tried both their mobile numbers (9343557333 and 9731934433). Initially their phone was switched off, and now they don't answer my calls. I also tried to reach them on their website, but that too doesn't exist.</font><br />
<font color="#737373"><br />
Finally when I did manage to reach them on their mobile, they started abusing me and threatening me saying that they will not deliver my stuff.</font><br />
<font color="#737373">Request you to kindly look into the matter and provide me some respite.<br />

I recently ordered a cover for my phone worth Rs. 650 from naaptol. com I received the product after waiting 8 days, Only to find that it was in a very unacceptable condition, the cover had unfinished work on top, kind of broken.<br />
They mentioned the product to be of rubber on website, Which when delivered turned out to be plastic. After talking to a customer care representative I was told that Naaptol does not have any section for Customer Satisfaction (WOW).<br />
I am very pissed at this act and have No Idea what to do with the product since they refused to replace / return my product.<br />

I generated the port number on 16th April 2013and submitted the documents to another service provider but after some days i received a message from vodafone that the porting request has been rejected because of port number mismatch. <br />
I again generated the port number on 3rd May 2013 and again submitted the documents to another service provider but after some days i again received a message from vodafone that the porting request has been rejected because the vodafone number is in contractual obligations. I called 111 vodafone customer care but they told me that i have to visit vodafone store for this as they do not have any information on this. They were not able to explain what do they mean by contactual obligations.<br />

Please help in this matter.<br />

A mobile tower has been on the roof of house. because of which we are facing many health problems,and also the tower is installed at the residence building which produces a substantial electromagnetic radiation and its becoming just next to impossible to live there. Our neighbour just for the sake of money allowed mobile company to install the tower at their roof. Due to cell tower radiation exposure we are suffer from many type of problems like headache.cancer etc We would request you to take immediate action to remove this tower to protect us from this dreadful ordeal and loss of life.<br />

He said my application would be forwarded to the P&amp;G that have vacancies and I can expect the interview call within 2 days. I refused to pay this money and asked them to refund the amount that I paid. Initially, they did not mention that I will be required to pay around Rs. 12000 for getting my application forwarded and instead gave me incomplete information that only registration is required amounting to Rs. 1685.<br />
Their website (<font color="#BD3513">roozgaar</font>.com)says that there is a definite [COLOR=#009900 !important]<u>money back</u>[/COLOR] refund and cancellation policy even for 100% money back if refund is claimed within 72 hours. I claimed for refund within 24 hours by sending the request on the mail id on theirwebsite <a href="mailto:info@roozgaar.com">info@roozgaar.com</a> and sending a request on their website in the contact us section.<br />
The person with whom I conversed in the same regard kept telling me that there is no refund policy and whatsoever may be the case, no refund request is considered.<br />
I kept contacting the people in the same regard but they declined my request.<br />

<u><b>My complaint is here, their websitementions refund policy but they are refusing to refund my Rs. 10448.36. My repetitive requests have been declined. They are also not paying attention to my claim. If I call them, they simply transfer my call from one person to the other and ultimately disconnect it.</b></u><b><br />
I therefore, request you to please look into the matter and help me get mymoney back. Many complaints have been made by other people deceived by the same company.<br />

one Ms. Niti, escalation manager contacted me on 2nd May and said that the amount will be refunded, and i requested them to send the demand draft. but after that i have no updates from them.  whenever i call them, the no. will be switched off.<br />
