I got a call from Book My Holidays (Bag It Today) on my cell number 9711344488 in feb 2011 bag it today executive explained me about their membership & benefits.
I was happy with the scheme & registered myself being a member with them by paying Rs. 7000 by my Citibank Credit Card.
I planned to go Kerala in the month of November 2011 but due to the bad service of your customer care I am unable to make my holiday.
I have called many times to bag it today, they send me to book my holiday & they never pick up my call. The call automatically gets disconnected after 10-20 minutes. Some days if someone to assist me, then the moment I explain things, the call drops. This happened 30 times. After that I have never been there to any customer care representative at book my holiday.
When I call bag it today, they say they have no information pertaining to this & I have to call book my holiday. I called so many times on Customer Services: + 91 120- 6182100, but every time we get a different answer & till date we don’t have any answer on our request. Whole year is gone but I am unable to make any booking on bag it today. So now I need my money back as soon as possible to my Citibank credit card.
If india today (such a big group of india) wants to become a trusted business unit in india is this the way you guys want to achieve it?? Due to my busy schedule, I had to find time to tell you guys what type of games you are playing with your valued customers who trusted india today group.
I am planning to file a case against you in consumer court. Before I take any further action, I thought of letting you guys know. Then I should take things forward.
