I had purchased a holiday package voucher from Bag it Today /AFFORDABLE SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD .

The package entitled me a free stay at any of the hotel /resorts for 7 nights and 8 days for 2 adults and 2 children of upto 18 years of age.

As instructed in the booklet send to me by bag it today , i send the completed voucher along with a copy of bag it today invoice and a bank draft of Rs 700.00 (as additional charges)to the following address on 27/10/2011 through registered post:-

The registered post was returned back by postal dept after a week saying that the address didi not exist.

When I contacted the helpline 0120-6182100, the representative told me to send by DTDC courier.

The same was resend using the DTDC courier but tilldate there has been no response from the company representative. On inquiring numerous times , I have been told that the courier has been not been recieved / entry not made into the database.

The duration for which my holiday voucher was valid has expired on 15 Jan 2012.

The voucher cost was Rs 7000.00

Plaese help. i have photo copies of all documenst which i can send to your address for verfication.
