Hi,

I must say that the club Mahindra team has completely lost interest in servicing the customer once the sale is done, which in today's world a panwalla or a local chai walla would know it better.

This is my 3rd email to various people in club Mahindra and at least 5 phone calls with some half a dozen SMS's to the sales person regarding the gift I was promised during the sales of my package (1 BHK Red) and I am wondering that in the first 4 months of my relationship with Club Mahindra There is nobody to respond to, don't know what will happen in next 25 years of the membership.

After writing to feedback@clubmahindra.com, I have written to Ms @Kainaz Pardiwalla @on her facebook wall, @I have written to Ms Indira, as I found her email and a request to some customer to write to her first incase of grievance and I did that, still it's been more than 4 days havent got any response, am trying my luck again with feedback and will also parallely post on every possible public forum, don't mind loosing the gift but this should reach out to the seniors in the club Mahindra so that know the gaps in processes in the system.

I had taken this membership almost 4-5 months back (don't remember now exactly), while taking the membership I was promised a free gift along after I have paid 3 installments and no I believe the 5th installment will be deducted on the 8th of november and have still not received any intimation.

I have followed up with the sales person few times and every time I get a response that it will happen in 2 days, then it was 5 days and now the feedback which I have received is that there is a special department who takes care. I could find out your name and other details from a consumer complaint site where lot of club mahindra complaints were lodged. I am sending this as a message to you before I start writing or escalating, as i found your email on the complaint site and your request to write to you for any grievences.

I will wait for your response till Monday evening and then would start escalating, as I find this behavior to be very unprofessional. I can understand delays, but your team needs to keep the customer informed all then time.

I am nit sure if am writing to the right person, but am still taking a chance. You can forward this mail to the concern department with a CC to self and will take it up with them. I have also written to Ms Kainaz Pardiwalla in Facebook, as I didn't have her email.
