This is to inform that i purchased airtel dth set up box in 2008 in porbandar gujarat but when i got transferred to kolkata i felt bad experience while installing and setting up of re-connection its worst to mention that after my bad experience with the customer care services and not even thinking of second though i went purchase hd recorder due to my service exigencies now each and every time when i face any problem for watching tv i cant recieve proper response from customer care and even every one who owns airtel digitel tv connection comes up with not to go with airtel digitel tv connection.
