My Customer ID is 3003349211, An offer was given to me from the company vide their REference no.5256768 dated 02-02-2011 at 4.32PM by customer care exeecutive Ms Jaspinder , that if you recharge your DTH for Four(4) MOnths you will get offer 2 months extra and this is valid upto 6.00PM onlyu, I immdly recharge the DTH BY spending About 900Plus,then msg from the company received that your service is upto 2.6.2011, I stunned to see the MSg and immlty call to Customer care , no reesponse, my requests go all in vain recently i have made contact vide reference no's8701974 and 8769290 but after assuring to wait for 48 hours, result comeout NIl after the completion of 48 hrs.
My request you please look into the matter, arrange to refund my offer given by the company
