I am a Reliance GSM Customer for last 4 year in Ahmedabad and for 9 month at Delhi(no.is 7827106128) I never ever applied for any of its service excepts my Incoming and Outgoing... even though this company is deducting balance from my account every month for renewing the untouched schemes...It crossed the limit on 16th may when they deducted the Rs 10 for a different scheme,while on 15 may i complained to Reliance customer care to stop all theses WASTE scheme.
Can you please suggest me how to complain to consumer forum for this fraud...
