I had bought a additional set top box by paying the payment via ivr transation id on 6/5/2011:14942611

I was told that the new settop box will be installed within 24 hrs and there will be no charge for the cable or anything.

It has been 4 days and i have called to multiple ppl in airtel all they say is that they do not see my account updated with the second box even when i have paid and i have given them the transation ids.

I tried calling many times and when i asked for the supervisor most of the times i was put on hold and then call was disconnected.

No one has bothered to give a call back . Even sending mails do not help.


they have already charged 1000 rs from my credit card and now they say that there system does not show that i bought a new connection even when i am giving them transation id
