his has been very horrifying experience with airtel customer care.

Following my complaints on 8th April with my account 3000230365 to Airtel digital tv, I have been reminding the customer care on every 72 hours, what they claim that they would solve with in that time frame.

All this is happening, because I requested to add two new channels t0 my Airtel digital tv account, it has been not done since last 13 days.

I am even more frustrated when I write a mail, atleast there should a minimum courtesy to update me with response. That is also not being done.

Starting from 8th April till today 20th April, I have made a call atleast 10 times and I am getting the same response that your engineer will get back to me in 72 hours and its been total 13 days that your engineer did not come, upon that you have deducted the amount from my account and it shows that addition of new channels is active. What is this man!!!!

I never imagined that Airtel has such a cheap and completely irresponsible staff in your customer care department, they keep down the phone in middle of conversation.

Now in my last complaint, the CC says that my problem would be solved in next 7 working days
