Sir i had bought airtel digital tv connection on 01 nov 2010. But it was got unserviceable since 01 apr 2011..i had complained twice and everything just gone in vain.
On 09 apr 11 i had complained myself at the costumer care in dibrugarh but still now no feedback was given by them and they are asking for 200/- rs for fuel charge for the motorcycle of the technician of digital tv. As the connection is under warranty why they are asking for money.. They are saying we will not send without rs 200/-. Plz register a complaint...and help me.
