I had purchased Airtel DTH some days back.Set topbox started malfunctioning after some days. Company changed the set box after charging Rs.350.This set top box again started malfunctioning just few hour after changing the set topbox.This whole proces took 12 days .For 12 days i could not watch the TV properly but airtel was contneously deducting their rental charges.I do not understand why I should pay the charge for a service which i have not availed.Airtel DTC is monarch what they like they deduct the amount from consumer account.The Airtel set top box quality is so poor that it hardly give a service of one year.
