    Thumbs down Dish TV making Foooool to customers

    I have Dish TV and as per them they are giving 35 HD channels but when it is installed in my home then i found the only NATgeo,Discovery and Movies now are in HD quality all other channels are not running in HD and they are running in normal view but on channel name it is written as HD this make really fool to customers so please solve my prob as dish tv is not listening my prob contacted many times to cust care franchisee and area manager is not not picking the call his name is rakesh and cell no is 9815416800 Dish Tv is making fool to customers by giving normal quality channels with saying it HD so please do the needful to refund my money and take STB back by Dish TV ..and the persons of Dish tv are saying that if i need to go consumer court then go nothing is sitting there to listen your prob as dish tv is Big Company

    Default Dish tv cheating to customers.

    Hi,

    I am Ramakrishna Nallani from Pune and using dishtv from last many years, My VC card no is 01505411236. Until last 8 months my recharge date was 30th of each month and suddenly dishtv changed to 25th and in last couple of months again it changed to 20th. Every time on said dates they stop to show chanells and have to recharge on dates set by them.
    Now in current month April 2011 Dishtv stopped to show channels on 17th Morning, it mean again rehcharge date has revised for me.
    Now i feels this kind of chaeting can heppen in india only and none of the Lokpal bill can control to these kind of chaeters.
