Sub:- PLEASE TAKE URGENT ACTION AGAINST TATA SKY AUTHORISED DISTRIBUTOR OFFICE’S WORKERS.

Sir,
With Due respect I hereby inform you that I Mr. Ananta Kumar Borah, citizen of Jorhat district, State-Assam, (INDIA), has recharged for one year of “Tata Sky Satellite Television” in date 15.03.2011 in the office named “SKY VISION”- Authorised Distributor of Samsung Mobile & TATA Sky—situated in Rupahi-Ali, Opp, U.B.I. Jorhat-785001, M (0) 9706090218 land phone:- (0376)2932218. I said in the office assistant that I need to recharge for one year and I need whole Entertainment Package (Entertainment channels without sports channels). I also said that I don’t need sports channels. After that the assistant said me that I need to pay 2700.00 rupees for one year subscription for Music, Movies and Entertainment pack. After that I paid them rupees 2700.00. My challan No. is 20. My Tata Sky ID No. is 1004394282. But The Office Workers was Cheating with me. When I came home after 2 or 3 hours, I had got a message in my television skin. It was a message from Tata Sky. It is said that My balance is Rs. -6 . Recharge immediately before 26.03.2011. I thought Definitely they was cheated with me because I was recharged for one year from 15.03.2011 to 15.03.2012. But till now, My previous all music and entertainment channels (like HBO, AXN, STAR MOVIES, SONY PIX, ZEE STUDIOS, ANIMAL PLANNET, DISCOVERY, NET GEO, ETC.) are cut by Tata Sky and only sports channels are viewing now . When I got the message then I immediately informed the office and said for that. But the office workers did not respond and misbehaving me. I thought they was cheated with me and recharged only sports channels against my favourite Music, Movies and Entertainment channels. I was also call customer care services of Tata Sky Helpline no-18604256633 but they also didn’t respond and said me to recharge 1600.00 rupees again. My understanding is say that Tata Sky and all authorized office workers like Jorhat office named “SKY VISION” sometimes try to cheated villagers and collecting a lot of money for their personal matter .
Therefore I kindly request you to solve my problem and take necessary action against Jorhat Tata Sky Office-“SKY VISION” workers immediately.
