Regarding non activation of my package since 5 days in SUN DIRECT DTH I have requested the customer care executive to activate a hindi basic pack and a few add on packs since 5 days.My request is still unattended.Whenever i call the customer care they complaint me of their server down and my activation is not yet over.My tv is almost on since 5 days to catch the signals.Kindly help me n this issue.My smart card number is 41169810284 R.
