Dear sir,

I was been using sun direct from past 5 months during intial stages the service was satishfactory but form last 3 months they are creating Big problem even though i was making payment in time.Presently i cannot watch any channel in TV using setup box of sundirect .Even though from 3months onwards i was calling them countinuosly they are saying us to wait we will send technicians to home for repair but till know no body was send i cant change my setbox because i had invested more amount for purchase,Know this issues is very serious SUNDIRECT need to retrive there service or Otherwise need to pay Compensation for Customer
