Just Now I received an SMS that my complaint is closed without attending it. This has happened for the third time. Please look into the matter. The complaint is still un attended

This is regarding unresolved Complaint as referred above. I have made several complaints but Nobody has attended till date. Please contact me over my mobile No. 9873561521 as your customer service is not offering any support.

On 31st October 2010, I purchased 4 Month Package from V-Serve( Your Authorized Dealer) and paid cash amount of Rs.1290 as per the demand.
Since then I am continuously following-up for activation of account but still not active.
