i have been the life time member of benze vacation club since the inauguration of this club ,i was shocked to see such type of comments for anonymous persons who are trying to spoil the growth of the unit .i was treated as a prestigious member to them.Since three years i was getting all offers promised by them in festival times . i have a good relationship towards them.kindly take this as a serious issue and never beleive tose people who are trying to make a negative note on them

I went in May on a Benze Vacation Club and it was great! they made us feel like we were truly on vacation and that us having fun and being happy was their first priority. The Club was beautiful and made you really feel like you were in the heaven.The atmosphere, food, and setting they made were perfect and we really had a great time

I visited the Benze club mount road as per the attractive offers offered by the marketing managers. once i reached and while discussing with the Representative, they asked for my credit card for updating the form and my details and to my surprise they have swiped the card for Rs.8000 without my consent today at 1.30 pm ( 29th Oct 2011)

When I requested for refund or cancellation, they did not care to talk to me, some Representative Pratiba tried to convince which i denied and told me to come on Monday because the GM is out of station, On disputing with her, the GM suddenly appeard from the Room, His name is Mr. Parasuraman General Manager ( 9600007722 / 9282134666) for Benze Vaccattion.. he is a 7 inch tall guy with gym body Macho man, and i was looking like a small kid in front of him.. He denied paying back my money. Only God should save us from such person.. i wanted to go to Police station but one of my advocate suggested it no point in arguing with Benze club because they are politically strong and they have someone from the political field supporting them, i am not aware who is it about and what is about.

If i log a police compliant then i need to pay Rs. 5000 to take necessary action. i dont know where to go? whom to approach? what to do? i know getting justice in India is equal to IMPOSSIBLE.

ONLY THING I REALIZE IS, I LOST MY HARD EARNED MONEY TO BENZ CLUB... and helplessly crying.. i know crying do not give anything jus sympathhy .. But there should be someone who can read this message and understand the pain of losing the hard earned money..

Dear Muthu,

Even i have faced the similar problem on 29th october, Request you to file a dispute with the Credit card bank and they will definately help you to get your money back.
Ensure you have the relevant documents and you need to give the necessary details to the bank.

You need to collect the customer dispute form from the branch and update the details of the transaction and they will help you to file a dispute with the merchat.

I am sorry to say, i have approached the branch on saturday 29th 4pm you can also check the visitor register and there is no positive response.
Only thing i got is false promises, false commitement. I was told to visit the office to collect the cheque by Mr. Vasanth.( 98848 60887)

He told me to collect the cheque from Mr. Parshuram. on visiting the branch, Ms. Pratiba stated, the GM is out of station and i need to come back on Monday.

After repeated request to her, she told to come on monday to collect the cheque. When i denied, suddenly Purshuram appeared on the scene. He bluntly refused to my request and asked to me come back on Monday or he promised to call on monday. which he never did..

I tried reaching him on Monday, he was busy and told he will call me 5 minutes, and till now i have not received any call.
I tried reaching MD, but even he said he will give a call back after one hour which i am yet to receive.

I am a very simple person with simple values.. But your club is making me or forcing the innocent citizen to take action against the club. Hope you will understand the problem and feel the pain of losing hard earned money to a unknown person for no reason.

I got call from BENZ club , whatever compliant u mentioned, the telecaller girl said they rectified it seems. Now This Benz Club running successfully she said. Is this is true guys? Please let me know as soon as possible Because that girl calling me repeatedly and ask 15000 for Life Member. I don't know what to do !

Good hotel for short stay. The rooms are good and well designed to take care of your senses. The food is also good but a bit expensive. But overall good resort. The resort has a homely atmosphere.It's location is quite close to all places like VGP ,MGM,MAHABALIPURAM . The staff are quite friendly even though at times the language was a bit of problem.It was an excellent experience staying in this hotel.Quick and efficient gate man,bellboy and front desk staff.Comfortable Lobby gives a warm reception. Rooms are spacious, modern well equipped and well appointed. Bathrooms too are very good.My stay for two nights was nice. I will surely & strongly recommend this benze vaccations club resort to fellow travelers who are planning for vaccations trip..

I am not going to remove my post until my issue is resolved. I have raised the issue with Many people and only thing i got is false promises.
I spoke to Mr. Saravanan, Managing Director.
I spoke to Mr. Parsuram, General Manager
I spoke to Ms. Pratiba in Office directly on 29th October, Please check the register for your reference.
I spoke to Mr. Harish, Marketing Manager over phone
I spoke to Ms. Priya Dharshni over Phone
I spoke to Mr. Vasanth, Representative from Benze Club.

But no solution.. Going forward, i am not interested to call anyone.. Neither i am going to be silent..
I will forget the Rs 8000 which is been charged to my card. But i will never forget Benze club cheating in my life time. Good lesson for me.
