i have ourchased reebok shoues and by scratch card won the free holidays for 3d/2n on the selected destination of countrywide holiday club pvt ltd..
first contrywide has asked for handling charges, then 5oo rs for processing fees secondly they asked for choosing 3 destinationand 3 different dates for hotel booking which i have selected.

then after i got the letter that they alloted hotel booking at nainital but dates will be confirmed before 10days, now my complaint is how one can get the railway booking before 10days as trains are getting booked min. before 1 month.

so i felt that this just cheating game is going on , first they say free then ask for money by different ways and then give confirmation 10days before only so how one can plan & book the railway tickets so ultimately people drop the visit .

this is very inteligent cheating is going on and that is also by reebok shoe co.
pls.find letter below sent to me by cntrywide holidays pvt ltd.

pls.take appropreate action in the benefit of general people .

I think, they don't ask processing charges before confirming the destination. Letter of confirmation, they may courier but they update the status at their website atleast 30 days in advance, so anyone can plan accordingly. I got the details from their helpline nos.
