I had booked a Delux Room at - Silver Clouds, Munnar for 3 days ( checking on 24th december and checkout on the 27th december) , (confirmation number COK/HTL/ 1452). Service Tax reg. No. - AAACW4808PST001.
I paid a total amount of Rs 6971, via NEFT TO CITI BANK N.A. cochin branch A/C, in favour of Worldviewer Dot Com (India) Pvt Ltd., Ernakulam
I was specifically told that its a resort, however it turned out to be a residence, which was used as a motel. This residence was at a distance of 18km away from Munnar.
Since the company didnot provide us with a resort and this was a residence , we didn't stay at the place.
I want the refund of Rs 6971 back, since Worldviewer Dot Com(India) Pvt. Ltd., has not provided us with a delux room at Silver Clouds, as promised and has failed to provide us with the accomodation required.
