Country Vacations fraud

Dear All,

I have taken membership of country vacations in Sep 2011 and have got offer for abroad trip free for couple, which I can avail within one year of signing offer. It has been already 10 month of followup but no update and confirmation yet. I have paid 1,50,000 as membership charge but seems waste now as they didn't fullfilling commitment.

Could you guide me, how I can get my money back.
