Dear Sir/Madam

I have got Two Orders Booked on false Commitments made by India Today Executive. They Promised me the following in 1 Order:

1. 2 nights 3 Days stay anywhere in India out the the 60+ destination List Provided.
2. Breakfasts & Dinners included for all 3 days.
3. 2 Round Trip Airlines Tickets (without any additional taxes)
4. 12 Books

I booked 2 Order IDs

1. Meenu SHARMA : 440006077
2. Kulvirender SINGH : 440006078

But on sunday, Aug 23, 2009, I got an email saying that your package include only 1 round trip Air Ticket and that is excluding Taxes.

This is purely a cheating. Their executive were pushing me to take the Package on Saturday at 8:30 pm saying that our office will be closed on Sunday and this Offer is only Valid for Today. Then, your agent, Atul, called me up on Sunday and when I started complaining he put the phone down.

After that I have made several complaints but no response as yet:

7. Oct 01 Trying to reach call centre since morning; no one picking up phone

Would request you to please get my money refunded as they are taking an undue advantage.

I am carrying 6 months pregnancy, I can not take so much stress. This is really a mental harassment.
