Complaint in Samsung AC I had purchased Samsung AC 1.5 ton in the month of April 2012. With one month there was gas leakage in the AC. I had raised a complaint with customer care on 18 May 2012 about this. I had to followup regularly with the customer care for the service engineer to show up. They had taken the outdoor unit for service and still they have not fitted it back. Its almost 20 days and still they have not fixed the problem. The service engineer never picks up call and there is no answer for the problem.

I had purchased Samsung split AC 1.5 ton in the month of April 2012. Within one month compressor got failed.I have registered complaint under booking no 8442819482.Compressor got replaced in a week's time.After that it was not doing any cooling & now someone is saying gas leakage & someone is saying less gas in outer unit. I am taking followup regularly with the customer care.Very poor response of customer service. Its almost 30 days and still they have not fixed the problem. The service engineer is having no explanation and there is no answer for the problem.Half the summer has gone & i think half will go in taking follow up with customer service.First time i have purchased Samsung Split A/C.It was really bad experience.I will recommend not to buy any samsung product ever .

Samsung 2 ton ac not working after servicing of gas leakage problem Hi,
I had purchased the AC in the month of May 2010.
My stopped cooling this summers in April after routine servicing.
After checking it was observed that the Gas is leaked. The samsung officials took the Ac to workshop and got the leakage repaired.
At the time of transit some other part got broken and cooling is not working since then.
We have tried to follow up with the Samsung care officials on weekly basis, still no action is taken. After every visit, its explained that we shall get the Ac repaired at workshop and call you to get the Ac picked up.
NO ACTION IS TAKEN TILL DATE. Its really frustrating to follow up this every week, with no action as a resultant.
I had not observed such careless behavior in past.
I would cordaially request you to get the Ac repaired / replaced, as the problem is after the servicing only.

I was buy AC from Asha & sons company.I have complained this shop but he also get a no any response.

worst service by samsung people We r doing follow up to get our ac repaired since long time more than five months.we r getting worst response from u r customer care.they are not
Concered with getting my ac repaired but only asking for money whether I am ready to pay or not .I have already paid money before to get my ac repaired .4different engineers came to repair my ac.razak tchandrakant,dhananjay,arif. Window AC not working We had lodged complaint for 1.5 Window Ac having complaint No.8489173179 on 23.10.2012 for non functioning of its compressor. Upon repeated calls no body has taken pain to visit us & check the AC & then to attend the problem.
Please do the needful,immediately.

got my Ac in 2011 and 1 year warrenty one time AC GAS will be leak and he will be repair and full of Ac gas and after two days gas will be leak.

Dear Client,
If there is any deficiency in products / services by any company / service provider in any sectors like manufacturing, hotels, transport, telephone department, electricity department, hospitals, banks, educational institution etc, then you can approach consumer court.
Immediately send a legal notice stating clearly all the facts, and presenting them an opportunity of 15 days to rectify the deficiency on their part. If such period has expired with no positive action on their part, you may file a Consumer Complaint before the Forum or Commission as appropriate in accordance with the jurisdiction.
You should file a consumer case against the Company for deficiency in service / product and asks for damages for mental Harassment.
